The short version
Dan Cartwright founded ScopeSite Digital Studios. Before the web work, he served in the British Army as a REME vehicle mechanic, then spent time in recruitment at Pertemps and Reed, and six years in the NHS. That is the actual background, and it is the reason a recruitment brief does not need translating twice before anyone starts building.
The studio builds server-rendered websites and AI visibility work for UK businesses, with recruitment agencies as the main focus. The whole job is to help an unfamiliar employer see what your desk is actually good at, using tools built for that rather than a generic template that hides it.
Who this is for
Independent UK recruitment agency owners and directors. Founder-led micro agencies and larger specialist teams are different operating situations, and perm, retained, contract and temp are different workflows, so we qualify them separately rather than assuming a single shape.
