Your plan belongs to you
You can read and save your starting plan without giving us your name or email.
Before you send
Your choices stay in this browser tab’s memory. Reloading clears them. Saving a plan downloads a text file to your device. We don’t scan the website you enter.
When you request a reply
SCOPESITE LTD receives your answers, name, email and any optional website or message. We use them to answer your enquiry and send a receipt, without adding you to marketing lists.
Vercel hosts the form, Neon stores the enquiry in London and Brevo delivers the emails. A protected database record means an email delay won’t lose your request. We record delivery status and use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse.
Enquiry correspondence follows ScopeSite’s retention period of three years from last contact. Temporary abuse-control records expire after one day. Access is restricted to the systems and people handling the enquiry.
How we measure the site
Vercel Web Analytics records cookieless page views for this website. It does not set a marketing cookie, and it does not identify you as a person. We also record a small number of named events: when you first choose a planner answer, when a starting plan is shown or downloaded, when a website plan is saved, when the embedded booking page loads or its direct link is opened, when a labelled demo is opened, and the first meaningful action in that demo.
A booking page load does not tell us whether times are available or a booking has been made.
Those events do not include your name, email, message, website, or any free-text planner or demo answer. When a plan is saved, the event may include the goal you chose. That goal is one of five fixed categories. A saved plan is an employer enquiry. Opening or using a fictional demo is not a candidate application. The only measurement on this site is Vercel’s cookieless page views and those named events.
You can turn this measurement off in this browser. Enquiries you send and bookings you make are still handled as described above. This control only stops the optional page-view and event measurement.
Optional page-view measurement is on in this browser.
When you book
The embedded calendar is provided by Google Calendar. Booking details are entered directly into its calendar; your planner answers are not automatically passed to Google Calendar. Google privacy policy.
