Buying it outright
Pay in full or over six or twelve months, with the same total and no interest or credit charges. Ownership transfers under your agreement.
The written quote confirms the payment amounts, what transfers and when, plus the hosting and support arrangement.
Pay monthly is a different model
ScopeSite retains ownership; you receive a licence to use the site. Six-month minimum, then thirty days’ rolling notice.
A separate buyout is available after the minimum term. Subscription payments do not count towards it.
What the price does and does not include
- Mobile-first responsive design and accessibility checks.
- Schema markup where the facts support it, and AI SEO on SSR builds.
- Thirty days of post-launch support, then a clear arrangement.
- Contact form integration and consent handling.
- Bespoke workflow modules are quoted after discovery, not assumed in.
- Connector feasibility and any third-party fees are confirmed before contract.
- Ongoing hosting, maintenance and integration costs are stated, never implied as zero.
- Any applicable VAT treatment is confirmed in the written quote.
An AI search performance arrangement is available for qualifying active retainers, subject to its build-up period and current written terms.

Are these the final prices?
These are guide prices. Final scope, VAT, connections and running costs are confirmed in the written quote.

Who owns the site?
Purchase options transfer ownership under the written agreement. Pay monthly is a licence: ScopeSite retains ownership during the subscription, with a six-month minimum, then 30 days’ written notice. A buyout is available only after the six-month minimum, and monthly payments do not count toward it.
What is not included in the guide price?
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, integration costs and any applicable VAT are stated in the quote, never implied as zero. Connector feasibility is confirmed before contract.
