Make the next chapter clear to the employers you want
A new sector, region, rebrand or merged desk gives the website a new job. Explain what has changed, keep the reputation clients already recognise and make sure a new employer reaches the right team. We plan that around your actual launch and the people involved.
The machinery of a launch is where it slips
Picture the new division being announced while its enquiry still arrives at the old desk, and the launch PDF explaining a service the website menu has never heard of. A fairly modest plumbing problem, until someone tries to buy. We map the pages, people and enquiry routes together before the switch.
Keep what you have earned
Record the useful pages and search baseline, agree which URLs stay and plan redirects where needed. Keep the story existing clients recognise while explaining the new work.
Explain the new part clearly
A new employer needs a reason to consider the changed agency. Existing clients need to recognise the team and know what, if anything, has changed for them.
Route the enquiry correctly
The right desk should receive the right enquiry. That is a routing decision, and it is easy to get wrong during a launch.
Separate discovery from production
A website cannot make an unresolved proposition true. If the new offer is still settling, we document the decisions and avoid publishing a planned capability as an established one.
Where a migration is needed, we preserve the important URLs, agree redirects, and set checks before the switch. No supplier can promise that every external ranking survives a move, and we will not pretend to.
A completed rebrand is not automatically a project. If the launch is done and working, the honest answer might be a small technical review, or nothing at all.
Make the project manageable for the team
What must be ready for launch?
Agree the operating services, essential pages, employer and candidate routes, and the people who supply and approve them. Put later ideas into a separate phase.
Can you work with our suppliers?
Involve the marketer, website supplier and ATS provider where their work affects the release. We establish who changes what and which connections need checking.
What happens to existing visibility?
Preserve a baseline, plan important URLs and redirects, and verify the release. External rankings can change, so migration checks and later search observations are separate.
If the change affects your live vacancies
The live jobs and applications demo lets you change a fictional vacancy and check the candidate view. It shows the behaviour a jobs layer needs; we confirm the real source and connection before including one in your project.
Tell us what has actually changed
Tell Dan what has changed, who it is for and the intended launch date. We will establish the essential release, existing work worth preserving and the decisions needed from your team.
