Demo 4

Opt-in cover pool and reminders

Fill a night-shift gap from workers who opted in. Eligibility is explained with operational reasons only. Prepare a simulated offer, play out accept, decline or no response, and confirm one worker. Withdraw consent and messages stop; drop availability and a pending offer is invalidated.

Offers and reminders stay in the simulated outbox. This demo uses fictional workers and keeps actual messaging, charges and assignments outside the demonstration.

    How it works / 06

See who can cover the gap, and who has agreed to hear from you.

A reminder queue has an admirable memory. Unfortunately, without a consent check, it can remember to send the very message the person has asked you to stop sending.

    Step 1 of 4
    1. Check consent, availability and shift suitability before a worker receives an offer.

    2. The simulated outbox records the offer and reply so the desk can see what happened.

    3. Recheck the shift when confirming cover. Competing responses cannot fill the same gap twice.

    4. Withdrawing consent suppresses offers and existing reminders. Restoring consent does not revive the old messages.
