Branded blind shortlist

Present role-relevant experience to a client without handing over private details. The consultant picks a shortlist of fabricated candidates, reviews the redactions, and opens a room. The client receives the reviewed experience and skills, with contact details and consultant notes excluded, and can leave feedback against each profile.

Try this: review the redactions, create the room and open Client room. Return to Consultant and change the name-sharing choice; the room closes until you review again. The source CVs are fictional and the client receives only the reviewed copy.

How it works / 05

A client gets the shortlist you reviewed.

A blind shortlist is doing a rather poor impression of a blind shortlist if the phone number is still sitting in the file sent to the client, beneath a rectangle someone drew over it.

Reviewed blind shortlist: Keep the source privateThe consultant works with the fabricated source CV and private fields in the agency view. Private source → Reviewed redaction → Client snapshot. Fabricated candidates only. This demonstrates a reviewed, sanitised snapshot, not automatic redaction of every possible CV format.
Step 1 of 4
  1. The consultant works with the fabricated source CV and private fields in the agency view.

  2. Redact and review the role-relevant summary before opening the client room. Names are masked by default.

  3. The client receives the reviewed snapshot. Private contact details and consultant notes are excluded from the client payload.

  4. Editing the source closes the old client room until a fresh snapshot is reviewed. A name reveal is a separate reviewed choice.

Fabricated candidates only. This demonstrates a reviewed, sanitised snapshot, not automatic redaction of every possible CV format.
